Let's get NAKED!

Spring is right around the corner. A time for renewal, rebirth, and reinvigoration. Many women* are weathered not only by winter, but from enduring a lifetime and generations of harm at the hands of patriarchal, white supremacist capitalism. Our collective SELF has been systemically erased, leaving us feeling not enough, less than, weak. We are disembodied from our essence and our sacred wisdom.

We can heal ourselves in community. We can learn to love the skin we are in and reclaim our SELF by leaving our clothes (and our insecurities, doubt and shame) at the literal and proverbial door.

This is a collective healing space where we will be fully naked. It is inspired by Audre Lorde's Uses of the Erotic, Betty Dodson's Bodysex retreats, and somatic practices. During the retreat, we will embark on a journey using all five senses. Some healing aspects include:

• Movement

• Play time (takin’ us back to childhood)

• Journaling and reflecting

• Platonic intimate touch

• Sound bath by Jade Javon

• Yummy non-alcoholic drinks by Dirty Gertie’s
