Let’s get NAKED

Many women and femmes endure a lifetime and generations of harm at the hands of patriarchal, white supremacist capitalism. Our collective S.E.L.F. (Sexually Embodied Life Force) has been systemically erased, leaving us feeling not enough, less than, weak. We are disembodied from our essence and our sacred wisdom.

We can heal ourselves in community. We can learn to love the skin we are in and reclaim our S.E.L.F. by leaving our clothes (and our insecurities, doubt and shame) at the literal and proverbial door. This is a collective healing space where we will be fully naked. It is inspired by Audre Lorde's Uses of the Erotic, Betty Dodson's Bodysex retreats, and somatic practices.  

During the workshop, we will embark on an embodied journey to Remember, Release, and Reclaim S.E.L.F. We will be joyful and we will be naked for our own sakes rather than as objects for the pleasure of others. Together, we can learn to love the skin we are in and support each other to reclaim our S.E.L.F. by leaving our clothes (and our insecurities, doubt and shame) at the literal and proverbial door. 

The gatherings are:

• centered on Black, Brown, and Indigenous women and femmes (basically everyone other than cis dudes)

• ideal for groups less than 20

• adaptable to 2 hours or 3 days (4 hours/day)

• held in private venues that I choose or that YOU can bring me to
